3D Glasses On! See Anaglyph Websites with Images Coming into Groovy 3D Focus

Anaglyph technology is used to provide a 3D effect or illusion when someone is looking through 3D glasses usually chromatically opposite with a red filter over the left eye and a blue, cyan, or green over the right. Well if to go deeper into how it works, the 3D stereoscopic picture is initially build with two superimposed color layers, one for each eye.

The illusion of depth is produced by offsetting the foreground and background of these two superimposed images for approximately 2.5 inches apart, typical center distance between human eyes. When you look through a pair of anaglyph glasses, they will reveal an integrated stereo image in the manner which it was intended to be seen and the human brain will perceive such image as three dimensional. Further we have a compilation of 3D anaglyph websites and those are full anaglyph websites or some that use stereoscopic images on just a sub-section of their website. Each design is well worth checking out to feel that full scale depth perception.
