Purple Panda Solutions Ltd. is an excellent example of a company that offers a range of web development, SEO, PPC, and other services, and doesn't lag behind the competitors in any of the niches as mentioned above. The team is made up of three members only. However, the level of their expertise can be safely compared to a large corporation that's been on the market for more than a decade. It's been only two years since their establishment. Still, for such a short period Purple Panda Solutions Ltd. have learned how to make a customer leave satisfied.

Here comes their story.

TemplateMonster: Tell us a couple of words about yourself/ your company. Where are you located? How big is your team? For how many years have you been into web design?

Don Proshetsky: I am a programmer having graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science. Since the advent of the Internet, I have migrated to web design/development and more recently, digital marketing (SEO, Social Media, PPC, etc.). My current company (Purple Panda Solutions) specializes in just that (web design & digital marketing). We are located in Toronto, Canada, have been in business for over two years and are a slim team of three people.

TemplateMonster: Do you commonly use ready-made website templates in your work or create custom designs as well? (In case you develop custom themes, in what cases do you opt for ready-made solutions?)

Don Proshetsky: We use ready-made templates from Template Monster. We will create a custom design if the client specifically asks for it.

TemplateMonster: How much time does is normally take you to create a website based on a theme? How fast do custom-made projects launch?

Don Proshetsky: For ready-made themes, the turn-around time is 1-2 months, but it depends on the customer as they provide most of the content. However, working with Template Monster will decrease the turn-around time.

TemplateMonster: What's an average bill for a theme-based website creation? How much does it cost to launch a custom-made site?

Don Proshetsky: From 1500 – 3000 Canadian depending on the specifications. Custom made sites can be double but the price is estimated case by case.

TemplateMonster: How long have you been with TemplateMonster? How can you evaluate the results of our collaboration? What do you enjoy the most? What should be changed/enhanced?

Don Proshetsky: We have been with Template Monster for over two years (since we have been in business) and purchase all of our ready-made templates from there. I enjoy the entire process from assistance choosing a template to the technical support while building the website. As for changes/enhancements, I would say even more choice such as product templates (not e-commerce) and more tutorials for advanced features.

TemplateMonster: What is your audience? What niche do you target? Do you target foreign markets or prefer working with customers from your country only?

Don Proshetsky: Our audience is small to medium size businesses. We do not target specific niches as almost all business have or require a web presence. We target the Canadian market but are open to all of North America.

TemplateMonster: How do you attract new customers and keep them coming back?

Don Proshetsky: We use local marketing (cold calling, social media, flyers, word of mouth, etc.). We keep in constant contact with our customers and appreciate all referrals.
