TemplateMonster: Hello, Aslam! Could you please introduce yourself to our readers? Where are you from? How did you begin your career?

Aslam Hasib, ThemesHub: I’m Aslam Hasib, Managing Director at HasTech IT Limited. We are from Dhaka, Bangladesh, to the east of India on the Bay of Bengal, is a South Asian country marked by lush greenery and many waterways.

We are a team of 40, who are trying wholeheartedly to illuminate web design arena. We have been working since 2012 and have served more than 40,000 customers from 50+ Countries.

We are creating PSD templates, Bootstrap HTML templates, Shopify Themes, WooCommerce Themes, WordPress Themes, and Plugins. We are selling our website templates and themes on different marketplaces.

We are from Dhaka, Bangladesh, to the east of India on the Bay of Bengal, is a South Asian country marked by lush greenery and many waterways. The longest unbroken natural sea beach of the world, Cox's Bazar Beach, is located in the southeast. It is home to the Sundarbans, the largest mangrove forest in the world. It is an emerging country in the world of technology, especially in the ICT sector.

What features are common for all of your products? How we can distinguish them among others?

Aslam Hasib, ThemesHub: All of our templates and themes are responsive and compatible with all the major browsers & devices. Easy to edit or customize. We are continuously improving our documentation, knowledge base and video tutorials for our customers so that they can easily use our templates/themes.

We try to use the latest and modern technologies in our templates and themes based on the trends and innovations.

At the time of developing a product, we focus on diversified communities (i.e. Localization, RTL Support, Multi-Currency and Multi-language support), faster loading time, SEO Friendly coding.

We have a vastly experienced and dedicated support team to provide the best customer services.

Do you remember when you submitted your first product for sale?

Aslam Hasib, ThemesHub: It was October 24, 2017, we submitted a WooCommerce Theme. The first item was reviewed within a few hours of submission. We couldn’t believe that. Interestingly, we got our first sale in 12 hours and it was an amazing experience.

How much time does it usually take to create a template?

Aslam Hasib, ThemesHub: It depends on the number of pages and features. Normally for a PSD Template Design, it takes 20-60 days, for Bootstrap HTML Template 20-30 days, for Shopify and WordPress Themes 20-70 days.

What is the most complicated stage of template creation?

Aslam Hasib, ThemesHub: As we have working experience in this industry for about 6 years, nothing seems that much tough for us. But we, the whole team give our best effort in item-review after completion, to make sure that our item is fast loading and user-friendly.

What do you like the most about being an author of digital products?

Aslam Hasib, ThemesHub: Digital products last forever and Never get out of stock. Managing digital products is far easier than dealing with physical stock. We just need to keep in mind that we need to provide regular updates with the latest technologies. In addition, penetration in the global market is easier.

With what products you are planning to amaze your customers in the future?

Aslam Hasib, ThemesHub: eCommerce represented 14.3% of total retail sales in 2018, we are focusing on eCommerce web design. We are continuously researching to provide the best eCommerce user experience. We are working to make a few unique designs for eCommerce websites. Also, We are trying to make our support more efficient and prompt.
