Back to Everyday Concerns: Comic Strips About Web Design

You may not believe it but the first comic strip was published in 1827 by Rudolphe Töpffer, in 1837 he published "The Adventures of Obadiah Oldbuck" that is known to be the first graphic novel ever. Since then this genre was used to speak about human hardships and pleasures.

With the "raise of machines" starting from late eighties, of the past century, comic strips entered web space and got the name Web Comics. For numerous years already people have been creating comic strips without fear of censorship or having to answer to print media advertisers. Now there are thousands of web comics, that it makes difficult to know where to start if you’re new to the genre.

Comic is a wonderful microcosm of wit. The art is original and good, the writing reflects colloquial language for the viewer to catch the idea of presentation. What's even more exceptional about comics is that we can find one that is a spitting image of a situation from our lives.

Designers-customer relations along with other web design related situations generate lots of jokes and stories. We’ve already made a round-up of Funny and Absurd Situations from Web Designer’s Lives. Now it’s time to cover some more interesting and funny topic – Web Comics. Check out these comic strips about web design and tell us if you ever experienced similar situations in your life.
