Do You Appear a Psycho On Social Networks? Take this Quiz & Get to Know What’s Wrong with You

I spend a lot of time on social networks, just like you. My favorite ones are Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google+.

I visit them to post the articles I write, to see what’s new and interesting is going on, to chat with friends or just to have fun.

I guess my life would be a real bore without social sites.

However, social networks are not as harmless as I and TemplateMonster would like them to be. For example, a messenger call can wake me up at night. Of course, this makes me mad, but the guy who is calling me doesn’t understand what’s wrong. He just can’t sleep thinking of me because I said a quick hello to him in the evening. A quite common situation, isn’t it?

I started to turn off my smartphone in order to avoid such surprises.

Would you like to have more examples of deviant behavior I constantly encounter on social networks?

Ok, the first thing I do in the morning is check my messages. And what do I see among the usual stuff? C’mon guys, what are you thinking about when you send your porn selfies to the girls you don’t know? Do you think they like what they see? Nothing of the kind! I am disgusted with these.

The next example is not as “romantic”, but no less aggressive. The guy sends me a friend request and I accept it after viewing his profile. He starts chatting with me. I tell him that I’m busy, but who cares… He wants to hire me as a copywriter for FREE because we are friends on Facebook now and his journal is only a startup, so he has no money to pay me a salary. Wink to all scammers 😉

My list of such examples is really long and I’m not going to tell you about all the crap that happens to me on social networks, but let me tell you about one more flagrant incident.

The guy with a solid profile, nice picture, and everything sent me a friend request. I accepted it. He was so sweet, we were chatting for several weeks, he even called me, told me about his 11-year old son and wife who died from cancer 2 years ago. He said he is a marine engineer and is going to the sea with his crew soon. He continued to write to me from the ship. To cut a long story short, one day he asked me to do him a little favor. His son, Peter, had a birthday and he was somewhere at sea, so he couldn’t even send some money to the kid’s nanny to buy him a present. He asked me, as his one and only friend to send 150 bucks to some American account. Oops… Please don’t worry, I didn’t send the nanny any money, just checked the guy’s profile, his and his son’s photos to make sure that he really was a con man.

What do I do about the above-mentioned people? Report, unfriend and block them. Unfortunately, it’s too easy to create another social media profile and continue doing all those nasty things.

At first, I tried to cut up rough about these cases, but now I understand that it’s useless. Those people are psychos. We should just be aware of them.

Psychopaths have a neurologically impaired (lack of) conscience and little to no empathy for others. Antisocial psychopaths are the ones who are vividly depicted in movies and are more clearly living outside the acceptable bounds of their culture. But as to the harmful effects of "prosocial" psychopaths, most people are unfamiliar with them. Prosocial psychopaths often fly under the radar because they are able to behave mostly within the expectations of their society, and they appear to live normal lives. Prosocial psychopaths are very charming, but they still lack empathy and remorse and can cause emotional and financial damage in your life if you allow them to get too close.

Let me ask you a question. Do you consider yourself normal? I offer you an opportunity to check this out 😈 . Take the test down below to know what psycho symptoms do you have if you are not afraid of the truth, of course, 😎
